Our IBM Cognos support is provided through our Remote Consultancy Credits agreements. This support is supplementary to your existing IBM Cognos support agreement whether that be provided by IBM or any of the IBM Partners.
We provide added value by managing the support process and taking ownershp of your IBM Cognos support issues working them through to resolution and allowing you to focus on your job.

Our customers with BSP Software Support contracts do not need to purchase Remote Consultancy Credits for BSP Software related issues as assistance is provided as part of your Software Support agreement.
Customers can use our Support Portal to log calls and browse our IBM Cognos knowledgebase in addition to viewing other content which may be useful. Super-users have the ability to view all calls raised by their organisation.
We will endeavour to keep the useful information section up to date with hints and tips as well as links to websites which may be helpful to our customers and other users of IBM Cognos software.
We maintain a customers-only group on LinkedIn where our customers and consultants can discuss issues and ideas.
