Service Plans

Planit CPM offer annual Service Plans to provide our customers with a combination of fixed fee monthly site-visits and remote consultancy which can be accessed throughout the month.

Many customers suggested they may benefit from knowing that a consultant will be visiting at regular intervals to address ongoing issues, provide advice, assistance, training and minor development work packages. Our service plans include four hours a month of remote consultancy to provide continuity of service through the remainder of the month.

Unused remote consultancy credits can be carried over for an additional month providing a maximum of 8 hours remote consultancy in any given month. Of course additional credits can be purchased at any time.

Planit CPM Service Plans can be used for both Application (Modelling and / or reporting) as well as Technical Consultancy providing ongoing familiarity between your team and ours.

All of our fixed fee service plans are inclusive of expenses so the monthly fee you pay is the only bill you will receive (exculding additional consultancy days and additional remote consultancy credits purchased).
