IBM Business Partners

Planit CPM and our consultants have a long history of working with IBM Cognos Business partners to extend and enhance their consultancy and support teams.

We provide our services at a discounted rate to partners who would like to build an ongoing relationship with Planit CPM to provide services either working visibly as sub-contractors or through a white-label service where we will work under the name of the IBM Business Partner.

Trust

Of course, trust is very important in any business, we build trust by making sure that we are professional and transparent in all our dealings both with the IBM partners and their customers. Should any customers that we are introduced to request to do business with us direct and bypassing the partner we will always clarify our position and also advise our partner contacts of any such discussions.

Should we be asked to work under the IBM Business Partners name we would require email access to allow us to communicate with any customers, this is always something we can accommodate.

Documentation

As with any project we carry out, documentation is always provided and is considered to be vital. Whilst we do use our own documentation templates, we are always delighted to use any partner customised documentation if requested to make working with Planit CPM as seamless as possible.

Support Credits

For any remote work, telephone meetings or documentation to be completed outside of regular consultancy days we offer support credits, these can be purchased by IBM Business Partners at our special partner rate which reflects the long-term and frequent nature of our partner relationships.
