The Planit CPM support portal has been created to allow our support contract customers to log queries in relation to IBM Cognos products. With the launch of our new website the support portal has now been activated.
All existing Planit CPM Support Customers will be allocated with a username and password to access these services. Services include the ability to log calls, monitor existing queries, and interrogate the Planit CPM knowledge base. This service is the first to be launched in a series planned online tools that help us to give our customers the best customer service in the industry.

Today, March 1st 2010, Planit CPM a provider of Corporate Performance Management consultancy services launched their new website.
With the launch of the new website Planit CPM intends to provide their customers with access to support call logging features, useful documentation direct communication lines with their consultants and other users of IBM's Information Management products.
