CPM serves both operational and financial performance by including the process of collecting the data and performing analysis and reporting in a collaborative manner from executives, managers, and staff through all levels of your business.

Implementing a CPM system enables a closed-loop process that starts with understanding where your business is now, where it plans to go, the targets that should be set, and how resources can be allocated to achieve those goals.
Once the plans are made, the system is used to monitor the performance of those plans, investigate deviations and provide insight as to why they occurred. The CPM solution allows for the assessment of alternatives from which decisions can be made.
